Wybraliśmy się na wycieczkę jako 4-osobowa rodzina na urodziny mojego taty. Po przyjeździe członek personelu, który nas powitał, był naprawdę pomocny, kiedy poinformowaliśmy ją, że mobilność mojego taty nie jest świetna, zaoferowała nam wypożyczenie wózka inwalidzkiego, co sprawiło, że doświadczenie mojego taty było o wiele lepsze. Wycieczka była świetna, bardzo pouczająca i niesamowicie było zobaczyć szatnie, salę prasową i mnóstwo innych obszarów. Personel w tym dniu był bardzo pomocny i posiadał wiedzę na temat Liverpool FC. Jako kibic Liverpoolu był to idealny dzień.

Był bardzo pouczający, zabawny i dał nam wgląd, którego nie mielibyśmy, gdybyśmy po prostu zarezerwowali bilety przez stronę pałacu... ale ludzie pamiętajcie, aby dać napiwek swojemu przewodnikowi! Czułem się źle dla niego, ponieważ nie widzieliśmy żadnej innej "grupy" na naszej wycieczce napiwek go oprócz nas ...
