Znalezienie właściwego autobusu zajęło nam trochę czasu. Przydałby się znak z napisem Trip To Stonehenge. Ponadto byłoby miło wiedzieć, że możemy mieć możliwość zakupu jedzenia na miejscu. Było to jednak wspaniałe doświadczenie i nasz 3. raz w Londynie.

I found it on Facebook. The girl who took our tickets to board the bus was a little short tempered with customers. Lots of people were uncertain where to wait for the bus- her tone is a bit harsh. The bus driver could not have been kinder. The people that worked. There were very friendly and very helpful. It was very hot day when we were there.

La excursión está muy bien organizada , pero al llegar allí había tanta gente, de otros grupos, que estuvimos esperando al minibus un largo rato con lo que nos quedó poco tiempo de ver el sitio. Un sitio magnífico valió la espera. Y por sorpresa nos obsequiaron con un luch box por persona, fruta, zumo, galletas y un mini bocata. El chófer muy amable y profesional

Of mysteries and myths

Your tour exploring the historic side of the UK begins at London where an executive bus will pick you up. Sigh at the idyllic English landscape as you take a 2-hour trip to Stonehenge. On reaching, travel 5,000 years into the past, to the ancient Neolithic era. Marvel at the impressive monoliths of the Circle of Stone, made up of sarsen stones, some of which weigh over 25 tons and rise to over 9 meters in height. The complimentary multilingual audio guide will give you an insight into the mysterious structure and you will learn about the people who built Stonehenge. Several barrows can also be seen from the Circle along the Salisbury plains which extend over the horizon, and you can discover why they exist! Once you've had your fill of the Stone Circle, explore the Stonehenge Visitor Center where you can see the reconstructed face of a 5,500-year-old man, various archaeological artifacts, and Neolithic village houses.

Know before you go

What's not allowed

You will not be allowed to enter the Stonehenge Circle itself. This is due to the restoration attempts and the relative instability of the structure. Your Stonehenge tickets allow you to access about 10 meters of the monument.

Stonehenge is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
Your guide dogs are welcome at Stonehenge.
