2-Day Guided Tour of Auschwitz & Wieliczka Salt Mine

• The next day, visit one of the oldest working salt mines in the world – the Wieliczka Salt Mine – with an English-speaking guide.

• Descend to 140 meters underground through a tourist route filled with chambers, carvings, statues, and mining machines all made of salt!

• Fun Fact: The Wieliczka Salt Mine is the only one with an underground church in Europe with 4 chapels built for the miners to pray in.

• You must bring your ID or passport to enter the museum’s grounds.

• The lunchbox comprises chicken and pasta salad, a cheese sandwich, a chocolate wafer, and a bottle of water. The lunch box is also available in vegetarian options on request.

• Temperature in the salt mine is approximately 14 degrees C (57 degrees F), please wear warm clothes.

• It's recommended to wear comfortable shoes.
