Burn Al Arab to niewiarygodny obiekt. Tak elegancki i luksusowy, a jednocześnie piękny. Organizatorzy wycieczki dobrze się z nami zachowywali i pokazali nam nieruchomość. Sprzedaż biletów przebiegła sprawnie i profesjonalnie

I really liked the interior of Burj al Arab, the Arabic coffee and the date were delicious, their hospitality was a nice gesture from them. I was satisfied with the price of the ticket.

Once the tour itself was good, I was dissapointed with the receptionist, I purchased the drink gold cappucino with my cc, my receipt showed 175 dirham equal to $47 but when I got home my statement showed $136, I don't know what to do, I tried to email them but no response. So this issue really ruin my experience at Burj Al Arab, what a shame.
