Temple of Karnak

Halt for lunch at a local restaurant before moving to the Valley of the Queens.

Valley of the Queens

Concealed in a Y-shaped ravine on the West Bank of the Nile, the Valley of the Queens is an ancient burial site for the wives of Pharaohs and their children from the 18th to 20th dynasties.
