Staff was very friendly with helping Americans in English to purchase tickets, advise us where to embark and any other information we would need. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The Captain was helpful and also very knowledgeable! Great Experience and one I would do again!!

The time slot you book will be your entrance time to the Icebar. The last admission will be 40 mins before closing time.
