Avere la possibilità di visitare, apprendere ed approfondire la conoscenza della cultura locale con un servizio organizzato e ben funzionante come quello di Headout, quando si è viaggiatori nel nostro tempo, dove non sempre e non per tutti è semplice ritagliarsi del tempo per la cultura, è una grande opportunità. Ancora di più lo è se le persone che accompagnano e guidano queste visite sono preparate, professionali e nel contempo appassionate dei temi che espongono. Dunque un riconoscimento al lavoro delle perosne di Headout e nello specifico tanti complimenti a Carlo Zarone.

Esperienza molto bella,nonostante il tempo incerto e la grande folla. Il valore aggiunto è stata la nosta guida Francesco che con competenza, disponibilità e anche un pizzico di allegria ci ha fatto cogliere gli aspetti artistici ma anche folkloristici della città di Napoli. Complimenti

Organizzazione molto buona. Non ero riuscito a trovare il biglietto per il Cristo Velato, allora mi sono rivolto a questo sito (Headout) un pò timoroso di prendere una fregatura (cosa che mi era già successo in passato) : mi sono dovuto ricredere. La passeggiata nel centro di Napoli, unitamente alla visita al Cristo Velato, grazie all'ottima guida (Francesco) , che ci ha dispensato note storiche e curiosità, è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Assolutamente lo consiglio.

This guided walking tour takes you on a journey into the heart of ancient Naples, in only 2.5 hours. Feel the humdrum of the old historic city center as you stroll along the Spaccanapoli and experience the year-round Christmas spirit in the alley of San Gregorio Armeno, dotted with artisanal shops and nativity figurines.

Unveil the “Veiled Christ”

As you step into the Sansevero Chapel, watch rays of light dance through the stained glass windows illuminating secrets centuries old in vivid colors. Amidst the elaborate Baroque frescoes and marble sculptures, the Veiled Christ by Giuseppe Sanmartino stands apart. Though carved from marble, the delicate veil over Christ’s form looks so real and it feels like it will flutter in any breath. People were so irked by its realistic details that rumors started floating. Most believed that some dark alchemy allowed the artist and the patron of the Chapel to turn anything and everything into marble. Listen to your guide paint vivid tapestries of the events that conspired inside and outside the Chapel’s walls.

You can opt for an Italian or French-speaking art historian guide to dive into this UNESCO-listed city of art, or a French-speaking guide as per your preference and comfort. The tour is available in Italian and French. The English-guided tour gives you skip-the-line access to Veiled Christ.
