Kupiłem bilety na 8 lutego 30 stycznia. Wszystko działało świetnie z tymi biletami. Z biletami na 8 lutego, które kupiłem spontanicznie przez PayPal, było wiele problemów. Albo musiałem zapłacić 47 euro. Żadne bilety nie dotarły. Musiałem więc ponownie kupić te same bilety (1 dorosły i 1 dziecko) na miejscu. O dziwo, kosztowały mnie one TYLKO 35 euro. Nie kupiłbym więcej biletów za pośrednictwem ich platformy/APP

Oceniłem doświadczenie dobrze, a nie Headout. Bardzo rozczarowany twoim Ts i Cs, nie przyjazny dla klienta i pokazuje całkowite lekceważenie ludzi niezbyt dobrych na klawiaturze. Zarezerwowałem złą datę i natychmiast to zauważyłem!!! Nie byłem nawet w kraju w czasie, gdy zarezerwowałem niewłaściwą datę. Próbowałem to natychmiast zmienić i powiedziano mi, że nie mogę. OK, dałeś mi zniżkę na inną rezerwację, ale w sumie kosztowało mnie to dużo pieniędzy. Rozmawiałem z kimś przez telefon, ale nie chciała lub nie mogła mi pomóc. Zdecydowanie nie będę ponownie korzystać z Headout ani polecać nikomu innemu.

Nie było czasu oczekiwania, ale byliśmy tam w czasie, gdy prawdopodobnie nie jest tam zbyt tłoczno. Bilet na szybki widok nie byłby konieczny. Powitanie przy wejściu było bardzo przyjazne. Aby dostać się do windy, trzeba było przejść przez kontrolę bezpieczeństwa, podobnie jak na lotnisku. Winda ma szklany dach, więc można było również zobaczyć, jak działa taka winda. Po wejściu na platformę widokową można było podziwiać widok na Berlin. Było niewielu innych odwiedzających. Różne zabytki były oznaczone na tablicach, dzięki czemu można było je łatwo znaleźć w oryginale. Niestety wieczorem Berlin jest stosunkowo słabo oświetlony. Niektóre zabytki były zbyt daleko i nie można było ich zobaczyć z powodu ciemności. Niemniej jednak było to bardzo miłe doświadczenie. Następnym razem wrócimy tuż przed zmierzchem.

Przewodnik był bardzo dobry, a jego komentarz na żywo był świetny. Relaksująca przejażdżka łodzią w zamkniętej łodzi. Rezerwacja biletów była łatwa i bezproblemowa w Headout.
