Cette cathédrale est absolument magnifique. Je ne regrette pas mon choix. La seule chose qui n'est pas claire, c'est de trouver la bonne file d'attente pour entrer dans la cathédrale. Il faudrait aussi préciser sur vos billets que les sacs à dos doivent obligatoirement être déposés à la consigne pas très loin de la cathédrale. Ils ont accepté les sacs banane ou petits sacs en bandoulière. Cela éviterait à certains de faire la queue et d'être refoulés à cause des sacs !

Great experience, company could provide a little more detail on how to get when and where, and what the signed up time actually gets you. We stumbled upon where we were supposed to be. Nonetheless, headout makes booking trips easy. Will use again on our next trip. PSA, the duomo climb really is a claustraphobic experience. I have never had an enclosed space scare in my life. I read the warnings and didnt even think twice and was unsure of what we were getting into as we were standing in line. I wouldnt want to do this in the middle of the day in Hot temps, or be at the back of the line where you will inevitably have two way traffic on a portion of the stairs. Once I learned there is open space "Breaks" I was relieved. Do not regret it, but it is a tight winding climb indeed.

The Booking amd retrieval process was easy, long lines of tourists waiting for ticket purchases were avoided, and the passes gave access to every sight around and including the Duomo, including the museum. Great value and so easy!

Florence Cathedral is a beautiful experience. Worth to visit. And no chance to buy ticket on the day of the visit so better to plan ahead.

The Duomo was beautiful. I thought this was going to be a guided tour. We could not find the meeting place for the tour. Our tickets that had been emailed to us, allowed us entry into the venue. The view is definitely worth the climb! It was nice that we were able to visit three other venues with the same ticket.

A time slot is required to be selected only for Brunelleschi's Dome climb.
Visitors are required to climb 463 steps for Brunelleschi’s Dome.
No lifts (elevators) available.
The experience is not recommended for pregnant women .
Strict Dress Code: Clothing that covers the knees and shoulders..
The start time of the visit is denoted by the slot selected at the time of purchase. Punctuality is required to allow all visitors the best experience.
5 minutes in advance and 5 minutes of delay are allowed, compared to the starting time of the visit.

Restrictions

The experience is not accessible for people with mobility issues,heart problems, vertigo, or claustrophobia.
Minors not accompanied by an adult are prohibited from entry.
