Man kommt definitiv schneller in den Dom bzw. in den Turm. Nur sollte es besser ausgeschildert sein, wo man sich anstellen muss.

Le billet permet de passer dans la file avec billet. Mais il faut quand même faire la queue pour la cathédrale. Pour la cathédrale et le campanile, les sacs ne sont pas autorisés. Il faut penser à les mettre à la consigne avant qui se trouve derrière la cathédrale . Pour entrer dans la cathédrale, les shorts, jupes courtes et débardeurs ne sont pas autorisé. Il faut avoir les épaules et genoux couverts.

It wasn't clear enough on ticket that the time slot I had chosen was for bell tower only and not the cathedral. As a result, I arrived at the cathedral when it had already closed and I didn't get to go inside.

Although the 414 stairs to the top of the bell tower was challenging, it was well worth it. Amazing views. The museum was spectacular as well with so many artifacts and information on the history of the area.

There was a long queue and I was disappointed inside the Duomo. I thought Santa Croce and Santa Maria Novella were better value and far more decorative and interesting. I would not recommend.
