Great expereince well managed by the friendly and welcoming staff and London Experts telling their tales. The view was limited due to the weather and then the observation deck was completely shrouded in cloud. We werre given complimentary return tickets to compensate, which was unexpected and much appreciated. We will return.

The view was incredible! But the most memorable part about our trip was our time spent with Sasha. He made sure that we had a great time and he made us wonderful drinks. He was great!! I look forward to visiting London again and going to the Shard again.

The weather was diabolical heavy mist so the view was non existent, but Chris was very entertaining and I did get a few dull photos, but as I had never been to the shard before it was a great experience to just be inside the building. I was given a complimentary voucher to return before the end of the year so I will probably return around November.

Madame Tussauds: top. London Eye: déjà fait et vue forcément toujours aussi spectaculaire (malgré les nuages) Sea Life: un peu deçu car très petit, même si les aquarieums sont fantastics; par contre pas bien compris le rapport avec la zone des tropics (serpent, tarentule, grenouille, etc.)

The whole experience was amazing. The kids loved the tunnel where they could see the fish above them. To see the whole of London in so many angles was gaw dropping
