• Strict dress code: Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and other loose footwear are not allowed.

• Participants must be free from the influence of any narcotics, spirits, or substances that could impair their judgment.

Burj Khalifa

• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

• Baby strollers are not allowed inside the venue.

• Pregnant women and participants who are currently recovering from injuries or are prone to recurring injuries will not be allowed.

• Participants must not be suffering from any physical or mental conditions that would prevent them from completing the tasks required through the experience.

• Participants must be in overall good medical shape.

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 65 years, over the age of 12 years, over the height of 1.3m (4.27ft), under the weight of 100kg (220.46lb) and over the weight of 45kg (99.21lb).

• It is required for children to be accompanied by their legal guardian.

• Please note t-shirt sizes and color choices may vary depending on availability.

• Parental consent is needed for participants aged 18 and under.

• It is recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.

• Children aged under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Free Wi-Fi is available at the premises.

• The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days. Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

• You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
