Najbardziej podobało mi się wyeliminowanie kolejki i możliwość zwiedzania wszystkich zabytków z tym samym biletem L. Przyjazny i pomocny personel. Powiedziałbym, że wszystko było w porządku.

The tickets pick up in Siena went flawless. The agent also gave me some tips on where and when to go to avoid the crowd. It worked well. For the Siena Duomo I won't speak as it can speak for all of us. It is gorgeous, spectacular and breathtaking.

Il faut préciser lors de l'achat que ce n'est pas un billet mais un contremarque pour aller chercher son billet au guichet. Cette contremarque permet de ne pas faire la queue au guichet, c'est très bien, mais au début on est surpris et on cherche le billet.
