There was just way too many people and unruly children running wild. We could not savor the moment. THere should be a cutoff for adults only during the evenings so they could enjoy the ambience at night. Even to purchase a drink was tiresome

Todo ha sido maravilloso pero especialmente la sala de los globos. Divertidisima. Obtener los tickes de entrada también fue muy sencillo.Quiero denunciar un fallo en la seguridad. Se me olvidó dejar en el hotel una pequeña navaja que llevo siempre en la mochila para cortar un bocadillo o cosas así. Y no fue detectada.

The courtesy and kindness of the staff to begin with. They guided us in the correct directions, because it can be a bit confusing as to which way to go at first. But then....wow! What an experience. The views are absolutely incredible. It was quite windy on the 86th floor, so when the wind gets a bit much, there is an enclosed deck a couple of stories down that offer wonderful views. The gift store is your one stop shop for everything you want. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, thank you!

Since the weathers condition suddely changed we were not able to enjoy the view and not allowed to visit the terrace part, but on the other hand we got amazed with the museum and building history. We would love to have the experience again having the opportunity to view the entire city from there.

It was the empire State building, what is there not to love! There was barely any wait time, the bad check was fast and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. It was all around great time!
