What to bring

Dubai Frame

• It is recommended to wear respectful clothing like long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, or a scarf to cover shoulders.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Bring your speedos, one or two-piece swimsuits, burkinis, and rash guards along with you.

• Smoking is not allowed at Dubai Frame.

• Don’t lean or climb over the railing, and don’t sit or place children on the railing.

• Toys and sharp tools are not allowed.

• Items displayed in exhibitions must not be touched or removed.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Safety is a priority so waterpark rides are restricted for people under the weight of 50 kg and over 135 kg. This does not apply to the children's park.

• Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not suitable for expecting mothers, people with reduced mobility, or a history of neck, back, joint, or heart problems.

• Your safety comes first so visitors with injuries (casts, bandages, etc), contagious diseases, back issues, cardiac issues, and pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.

• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.

• You cannot bring food, beverages, glassware, or alcohol into Aquaventure Waterpark.

• Abayas, sarees, long shirts or pants, undergarments, street clothes, cotton clothes, and see-through items cannot be worn in the water or on the rides.

Lost Chambers Aquarium

• Keep in mind food & beverages, alcohol, and glassware are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

IMG Worlds of Adventure

• Guests with disabilities need to show a Person of Disability ID card at the Guest Relations counter to receive a POD wristband (a blue bracelet that grants VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions). In cases of visible disability and no POD ID card, guests can show a normal ID requesting a POD bracelet.

• Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis upon showing a valid ID and a deposit of 100 AED.

• Strollers are available to rent in two sizes. Single: AED 40 | Double: AED 60.

Dubai Frame

• Differently-abled people can enter for free. The attraction is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.

Aquaventure Waterpark

• Your safety comes first so visitors with contagious diseases, back issues, cardiac issues, and pregnant people are restricted from participating in this experience.

• Please enter at the time slot you have booked. You can not enter during prime hours with a non-prime hour ticket.

• Kids under 12 enter free with a paying adult; standard charges apply for additional children.

Dubai Frame

• Up to 5 members of single groups are allowed per entry.

• Large bags and strollers must be kept at GATE 4 Counter.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit.

IMG Worlds of Adventure

• Children aged 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.

• The UAE Resident Offer is only applicable to UAE Residents with a valid ID. You will have to present the same along with the ticket at the Guest Relations.

• Children of height up to 105 cm may enter for free.

• The opening hours are subject to change.

• The queues will close up to 2 hours before the park's closing time in case of maximum capacity.

• Please note: Some individual rides have extra height requirements for safety. To know more, please refer to this guidebook.

• Storage lockers are available at the park entrance at an additional fee: Small: AED 45 | Large: AED 55 | Jumbo: AED 60.

Lost Chambers Aquarium

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

• Exact operating hours can change without prior notice, please check the attraction's website for the most updated information.

Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

• Photography and videography are permitted. However, specific exhibits do not allow flash photography for the safety of the animals.

• The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

• Penguin Cove only allows viewing of Penguins. If you wish to interact with them, you can opt for a Penguin Encounter tour instead.
