Zbyt długie oczekiwanie na bardzo drogi bilet. Nie można tego nazwać "obcinaniem wątków". Aplikacja Headout jest bezużyteczna. Nigdy nie byłem w stanie znaleźć moich biletów.

Doskonałe doświadczenie, począwszy od bardzo dokładnego miejsca spotkania, gdzie czekał na nas przewodnik Claudio. Był bardzo pomocny, profesjonalny, przyjazny i towarzyszył nam na drugim piętrze, wyjaśniając, jak przeprowadzić całą wizytę.

Fueron muy puntuales, el guía muy amable, hablaba español y estuvo con el grupo en todo momento hasta que fue necesario. Recomiendo el servicio.

We were at the meeting place on time with a large group. We expected that we would leave and see the sunset. The guide waited for late comers which delayed us. Then when we got to the tower it took lots more time to get through the line than it should have. We should have been kept in a group instead of being broken up. Then since we were so late we were advised to just go straight to the top. We did not have any real meaningful tour guide experience. We could have bought a general admission ticket for much less and still done exactly what we did with your tour. I won't give a bad review anywhere but probably wouldn't do this. Again.
