Todo bien, aunque hubiera Estado mejor si en las actuaciones con delfines, focas etc hablaran español, ya q solo lo hacían en portugués o inglés, a pesar de q había muchos españoles por allí. Me hubiera gustado entender a la perfección lo q decían, y no fue así. Por todo lo demás muy bien

Loved it all perfect for our kids aged 5 and 8 the rides were great and they loved the big wave pool.the dolphin show was awsome and the food places were plentyfull

The rafting experience was great because the 5 of us enjoyed it together and we thought the dolphin show was absolutely breath taking.

Purchased 2 adults plus 1 child ticket, on arrival at the venue it transpired that I had been sent an infant ticket not a child ticket and subsequently had to purchase a new child ticket at the ticket office. Three WhatsApp chats later and I have been offered a partial refund.

What stopped it from being awesome was the incorrect opening time and resulting queues. Everywhere said open at 10am but park didn't open until 11am. Quite a problem for us with young baby and grandma on crutches. Disappointed that drinks kiosks were t open from 11:00 as we'd been queuing in the hot sun for an hour. Otherwise everything was great.
