We were booked into a Plaza Premium near gate 35 near three hours from 15.oo hrs. Unfortunately that lounge closed at 15.00. It was sorted out and for that many thanks but it should not happen O

The reason for the poor review was because there was no QR code given to me. This meant that after a 12 hour flight I had to prove that the paperwork I printed out was correct, I had to access the Headout app and find my booking. I was very tired and worried that I had in fact been scammed!! Eventually I was sent to another lounge as that one had closed, presumably for someone else to sort out. After much explaining and examination of my phone I was passed to a more senior lady who informed me that I needed the QR code but sorted it all out and I was allowed in. The staff were not unpleasant and the lounge was not particularly comfortable. The toilets were not particularly nice and only two cublicles in the ladies. The food was very good though, plentiful and changed regularly and freshly cooked. I am travelling back in April and will have to use that lounge but won't book through Headout.

There is peace and serenity inside the lounge, there's privacy. The staff are kind and helpful especially the one who personally assisted me. She was looking like kabayan (pinay like me) I read on her nametag that she is the assistant manager. I appreciate the patience and immediate accommodation (The hospitality is so Filipino, proud to be one!).

I felt the seating and range of foodstuff was average and certainly not worth the money we paid for a 3 hour use. The shower was great 👍 and ya the reason I did not rate the experience lower. Maybe we were too tired to full enjoy. 🤷‍♂️
