The booking and ticketing process went smoothly. However, you sent us an e-mail with a rather imprecise text. You told us we had to pick up our tickets in Pompeii at 09:00, but we had another reservation with you for Mount Vesuvius... As our tickets were valid for the whole day, we were uncertain and spent a lot of time clarifying your shaky communication by e-mail. We had better things to do on vacation than stress about making sure everything was fine.

Regardless of the fascination of Pompeii, the ticket order and payment was, after initial skepticism, problem-free. The skepticism stemmed from the fact that there was only one "order number" for the Pompeii tickets ordered. But this order number was the ticket itself. I'll know next time.

Breathtakingly beautiful places. Everything was stunning. Unfortunately we paid for tickets and were then let in for free without needing the tickets. It would have been nice if this had been stated somewhere beforehand.

Saving the entrance fee, although it says it is necessary to go first to Herculaneum for the tickets but no, you can go first to Pompei.
