The tour is magnificent. There's a lot to discover. On the other hand, the booking system is unclear, and you don't really know who to contact, or why there's a compulsory timetable when the ticket is valid for 2 days. The pseudo-guidance system with downloadable audiophone is obscure, the content is minimalist and incomplete, and the menu anything but practical! The order of the commentary does not correspond to the order of the visit. What's more, despite a hefty price tag (€34), you don't have access to the entire site.View original review in French
