We did the tour in Spanish with Aneta, the truth is excellent. In addition to her solvency, she is a very good communicator, clear, consisa, very respectful and gentle. She knows how to anticipate the crowd and manages to keep the attention at all times. She is very understanding of the group's questions and concerns and the timing and needs of the group. She gave us several tips on how to get around Prague, a gesture that is outside of her job as a guide at the Palace. We did not have any difficulties with the tickets and the visit was perfect. We recommend without hesitation to take the tour.Lorenzo
