Sightsee The Best of Warsaw
This 4-hour-long tour of Warsaw will take you to the city’s most renowned landmarks and offer a keen insight into its rich history, culture, and heritage. The best part about this trip is that you can customize the attractions to be a part of the itinerary. Start your tour at the Łazienki Park or Royal Baths Park. Stretching for 76 hectares, this exquisite park-cum-palace complex served as the summer residence of King Stanislaus II Augustus; Poland’s last monarch. The Palace of Culture and Science is another popular tourist attraction that's worth a visit. It boasts a height of 237 meters and is the 2nd tallest building in Poland. Its magnificent interiors have also made an appearance in several movies including Within the Whirlwind, and Papusza.
Come across the Royal Castle, formerly the official residence of Polish monarchs. Another must-visit site is St. John's Arch Cathedral, one of the city’s most iconic churches where numerous royal coronations took place. Stroll through the surrounding Castle Square and admire the stunning Sigismund's Column. Turn southwards towards the Royal Route to discover several aristocratic palaces and churches of note. Make your way to the remarkable ‘Tomb of the Unknown Soldier’ at Piłsudski Square and visit the tombs belonging to monarchs of the Jagiellonian and Vasa dynasties. Then, head over to the Polin Museum to honour the 1000-year-old legacy of the Polish Jews.
