We would have liked to get more information about Valencia with the help of the audio guide and sometimes there were delays in the audio guide or they were not sure what exactly was meant.

The huge Aquarien especially the jelly fishes were fascinating. The Flamingos are most beautiful and the coloured fishes. The Dolphin show, when the coaches swam with the Dolphins and danced with them, was really impressing. The Quiz at the beginning of the Delphinshow was not good, as it was only in Spanisch. It was not enough time to read the Englisch questions at the Screen. There is no price information on the Internet what carers of people with disabilities have to pay. At the ticket office I was told that carers are free and I might get the money back, if I phone the office. Hopefully, that's true. Please allow a fast lane to get tickets and as well to get into the building, for people with disabilities, especially if there is a hidden disability, like sensory impairment, or Autism, it is very important that these people can get in qickley, as they get easily an overflow, with there senses as they recognise everything at the same time.
