The interior of the exhibition lobby at the facility is designed after a turtle shell, representing the blessings of the sea that surrounds Miyako island.

The park features 24 acrylic panel windows that provide a clear view of the underwater world rich with vibrant coral reefs, and colorful tropical fish such as solas damselfish, threadfin butterflyfish, clownfish, and red lionfish. More than 140 types of fish have been confirmed to inhabit the area, with approximately 60 types visible on average, varying depending on the season and time.
