Milão em um dia: Passeio guiado pelo centro da cidade, Última Ceia, Catedral de Milão e Passe para o Museu Duomo

Ótimo, mas é uma pena que nem todos os serviços tenham sido oferecidos.

Silvia, nossa guia, foi simplesmente incrível!!!! Acho que não poderíamos ter pedido um guia ou uma experiência melhor. Dá para perceber que ela gosta do que faz e isso se reflete em sua apresentação. Se estiver procurando por um passeio em Milão, não procure mais. Esse passeio leva o bolo e as velas, sem falar que termina com um "Bang" com "A Última Ceia".

A guia turística, Sylvia, foi bem informada e atenciosa durante todo o passeio. Ela explicou os detalhes da história de Milão com muito entusiasmo. Ela também nos deu tempo para absorver a beleza por conta própria.

The city tour was well organised. The guide had a great knowledge about the visited places. I enjoyed the journey very much.

We thought it was going to be a 3 hour experience, but it was 6 and didn't really seem to have a 3 hour option. No Sistine Chapel. The speaker was great and it was pretty well organized.

Visite très agréable et très complète en compagnie de Larissa qui a su nous communiquer sa passion pour la ville de Milan. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps. A recommander chaudement.

Great tour very informative with a good guide, ................................................................

The tour has started a couple of minutes later than announced, because the tour guide was late; but it was acceptable then. Which shocked me is that the tour ended at 17:25, instead of the announced time 19:45. This practically means that the 6-hour guded tour actually lasted less than 4 hours. The guide seemingly did not welcome questions from the audience. Rather, she did her own monologue. In all, it was one of the worst experiences to me in guided tours.

We received an email the night before the tour, telling us to meet at the train station. We went to the station and waited for ~ 1/2 hour and NOBODY was there. We could not wait all day so we left. I would like a full refund.
