It's crucial to arrive on time, as access cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
Your ticket grants you one entry only and will not be valid for repeat entry attempts.
Printed tickets must be intact and in good condition, as admission may be denied for modified, broken, or falsified tickets.
Guide dogs are allowed.

Restrictions

Due to the stadium remodeling work, this tour is currently unsuitable for visitors with reduced mobility. The tour route also involves several flights of stairs.
Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: large bags, pushchairs, buggies, weapons, potential weapons, flares, fireworks, displaying banners, symbols, emblems, or any items that incite violence.
