I had paid for my ticket online but had trouble finding it on my phone. The superviser and a young IT expert kindlt helped and I was finally allowed in !! I loved every aspect of the area - its beauty and history but young children screaming and running about did take from the experience (I am sure the monks would have been appauled at the lack of respect) and the staff did not seem to be empowered to enforce at lease some decorum and control.

I really thought purchasing tickets with Head Out would be easy, and it was, but if I ever knew the cost is double, I would not have ever purchased the tickets here. The Monastery is not that big and you could not explore the whole monastery. You charged 20 euros por the experience and it is not woth it at all
