Alhambra Skip-the-Line Guided Tour without Nasrid Palaces

The guide was friendly and provided many details about the places visited, and the time was chosen so that it wasn't too crowded.

the tour guide was very well informed but seemed rushed. in fact, our "2-hour tour" was only 1 hour 40 minutes. also, we were charged extra for the required headphones that we needed to hear him through the device we had to carry! this nickel-and-diming is super lame and should have been included.

The earphones given for the visit were really poor. The sound croaked as soon as the guide moved a few meters away (which happens given the size of the group) and not a single word could be understood.But

The speed of the tour was okay, you could take pictures and always followed the group, unfortunately the audio quality deteriorated very quickly if you were more than 10-15mtr away from the guide (loud crackling and cracking). A lot of information was repeated 5 or 6 times by the guide, which was also exhausting over the two hours.

Alhambra beautiful .. unique experience with added value of the guide Isabel very knowledgeable and very kind and nice .. she spoke slowly so that you could understand (especially for those who do not speak Spanish!!)

Everything went nice and smooth, info beforehand was excellent. Tour was fine and the visit to Alhambra was well worth it. Guide knew what she was talking about and was able to convey it well.

Bellissima atmosfera e guida molto preparata. Informazioni che spaziavano su vari campi, molto cortese, l'Ahlambra è unica poco da aggiungere, peccato non essere riusciti a fare la visita ai palazzi Nasridi.. l'osservazione che facciamo è che non ci sembrava così super affollata da lasciare fuori 6/7 persone... Comunque è un posto meraviglioso

The tour and ticketing experience all went smoothly. Unfortunately the weather was terrible. Very heavy rain affected our overall enjoyment of the tour. Did not get to wander in and see the gardens after the tour as the weather was just too bad. We also did not get the opportunity to visit the Nasrid palaces as it was sold out a month before when I booked this tour

Gus, our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the venue, and of historical information of the area. His command of the English language was excellent. Loved the pace of the tour. Highly recommend.

Excellent guide who was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn't visit the Nasrid palaces because it wasn't clear when I booked. Nice experience all the same

It was a great experience. Although I have to say that for not being able to see the Nasrid Palaces the price has been very high as we booked it 3 days in advance. If there are eggs I do not understand that high price.
