Our guide put her heart and soul into the tour. She used the 90 minutes as effectively as possible to show our group as much as possible. I particularly liked the fact that the children who were there were motivated to follow the tour with interest by asking lots of questions!

The tour we booked was great. A competent tour with a very nice guide. We were glad to have been part of a small group and to have had time to enjoy ourselves away from the general hustle and bustle. After the tour was over, we were able to explore the rest on our own. We were pushed through the rest of the rooms like cattle. That was not nice. But that's not the guide's fault. There are just too many inconsiderate visitors.

According to the description, you can walk through the gardens of the castle. However, access to the gardens was not included. We did not get admission.

I enjoyed seeing the back side of the Palace of Versailles. The guide spoke slowly and in easy-to-understand English, so even a Japanese with an intermediate level of English could understand. It was difficult to find the meeting place, and it would have been easier to understand if there was a picture of the entrance of the building. The meeting place is on the first floor of the building.

The package I booked included a guided tour of the private apartments, a visit to the palace and gardens and the Trianon. This was confirmed to me by the support team as I was wondering because the tickets only said the guided tour.
The guided tour on site by the staff in Versaille was great. Tickets were only valid for the guided tour and the visit to the palace. No gardens, no Trianon. Very disappointing, I would have been better off buying the tickets on the spot! Headout did not respond to my complaint, so we paid too much for what we got. Never again Headout!!!!!!!!!!
