Well organized. Guide gave a lot of information. Group was not too big. That was nice. Got a good picture of Alahambra environment.

I did not attend the experience because they cancelled my flight and have not refunded me or changed the dates despite my insistence.

It went very badly, we arrived very punctual after a long trip and there was no one from you at the meeting point that you told us in the mail. On top of that we called all the phone numbers we found on your page and they did not answer, we wrote to the chat and an automatic machine answered without giving an accurate answer to our request. In the end, we could not get in. We demand our money back, it was a terrible experience buying through headout. We will soon file our claim formally.
