Berlin WelcomeCard: Free Museums Access & Unlimited Public Transport

I bought a 72 hrs Welcome Berlin card zone ABC. I travelled 3 days by train and bus. I had the hardcopy in bag and in the App in my phone. I didn't spent any time at the machine, as i wouldn't have had a clue what to choose. Also I visited the Alte Nationalgalarie ( ticket is included in the card- so i didn't pay any extra). On Saturday I visited the Charlottenburg Palace and Sansoucci Palace ( New Chambers) with the same ticket for € 14.50 (£ 12.95). Very convenient!

Thanks to the WelcomeCard Berlin we traveled without any problem on the entire public network (trains, buses, metro) without any time or class restrictions. We also had free access to the Museum Island museums in central Berlin. A simply wonderful thing 😍

Having the Welcome Card was very convenient - we travelled on the trams, U-Bahn, S-Bahn and traions extensively during opur trip so it was very good value for money. We also visited several museums, and were able to access good discounts from the Card - so all good. I would definitely get one again if I were to visit Berlin.

My card was for Museums insel and travel on U and S Bahn. All worked perfectly, without hiccups, and delivered just what I had hoped.

Bus 10O fährt nicht, das hätte man kommunizieren können. U-Bahn hält nicht Unter den Linden wegen Reparaturarbeiten, da wird die Anfahrt zur Oper zu einem Ärgernis.

Public transportation is great in Berlin. With card hassle-free transfers.

Quick access to the museums on Museum Island and, of course, unhindered rail travel.

Made travelling so easy by tram, underground and bus.

It all worked and saved us a lot of time.
