The company allowed me to buy a ticket for a day when the museum has free admission. I reported the situation, but I didn't get a refund, not even a partial one. When I arrived at the museum, there was a huge queue, as entry was free. What's more, I didn't have skip-the-line access as the ticket said. In short, the ticket was worthless and my friends and I felt completely cheated. Despite reporting the situation, the company offered no support. I don't recommend buying through this company.
