Uffizi Gallery VIP Small-Group Guided Tour

Enjoyed the vast knowledge of the guide although we had to really concentrate hard to understand her at times because of her accent.

The tour was well organised and it was great to avoid the huge lines. The guide Sara was amazing and bought all the key paintings to life. The Head out app had been great. My husband booked the Duomo on another platform and it was awful . Head out really have delivered. I will use this app for the rest of my Italian trip.

Our tour guide Hillary (Hilaria) was an amazing guide, not only for her being a local Florencian but we also were fortunate to be the only couple that booked the tour. Therefore, it felt like a private tour! Nonetheless, she had tenacity, passion for her the the artist portrayal, and the enriched history of not only art it self, but the beautiful city of Florence. We left the tour enchanterd and wanting more!:) Thank you Hilaria ❤️

It was a bit disorganised. It was difficult to find the meeting point (tiny office in a large square, no signage or flags) They wanted us to wait outside in the scorching 2.30pm sun, later agreed to let ua stand in the office. Then there was an issue with the group tickets at the Uffizzi - they got only 6 instead of 15. By the time it was all sorted, tour was 30 mins late. atanding/waiting in the heat. It is a long tour and everyone was already tired standing/waiting in the heat. Many people finally dropped off before the tour finished. Guide was knowledgeable, though seemed a bit inexperienced. Uffizi was supposed to one of the main highlights of our trip, unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

Buying tickets was easy and intuitive. The app works flawlessly. Although the internet in Florence is so-so.Anyway, I recommend buying tickets in advance and choosing the VIP group option with a guide.

Excellent tour! Our guide was amazing with so much knowledge and information on the art and its history. The 3 hour tour went by too quickly! Highly recommended.

In spite of many negative reviews about Headout, their partner company Florencetown were excellent. Chiara, the guide was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, bringing the amazing works of art in this extraordinary building to life.

Our guide was imformative without beeing boring or too academic, keeping our interest for the full three hours.

Guide was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Museum was wasn't so crowded.

The guide we had was very professional. However, the tour lasted exactly 1.5 hours, which I thought was not long enough.
