Uffizi Gallery VIP Small-Group Guided Tour

Buying tickets was easy and intuitive. The app works flawlessly. Although the internet in Florence is so-so.Anyway, I recommend buying tickets in advance and choosing the VIP group option with a guide.

Excellent tour! Our guide was amazing with so much knowledge and information on the art and its history. The 3 hour tour went by too quickly! Highly recommended.

In spite of many negative reviews about Headout, their partner company Florencetown were excellent. Chiara, the guide was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, bringing the amazing works of art in this extraordinary building to life.

The tickets were easy to book and the arrangements worked well. The guide was great, we saw all the highlights in the 3 hour tour including the coffee break

What didn't work was the contradiction about where to meet up. The local partners said to go to their office to redeem the tickets - which we did but it was closed- this was an hour before we were due to start the tour- because the instructions were to then go to entrance of the Uffizi at least 15 mins before the tour was due to start. I rang head out and eventually someone at your end got hold of the local partners who were now in the office. They believed that we were supposed to meet at that office at 2.45. Sadly we and the others on the tour did not know this. So one other person failed to make the tour as a result. So please can you improve instructions of where to meet the guide. We also narrowly nearly missed the tour. So avoidable. In the end our guide Vanessa was excellent and deserves credit.

Visiting the Uffizi with a guide was essential to have a good understanding of the evolution of the themes treated by the painters across time. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind, she answered all our questions. Entering the Uffizi with her was very easy, no queue. I recommend it without a doubt.

Vanessa, our guide, is a TREASURE. My husband never lasts longer than 2 hours in museums, and our nearly 4 hour private tour with Vanessa kept us both engaged, interested, and laughing throughout. Her stories and knowledge made the sometimes-daunting Uffizi inviting and manageable. She happily took our photos, gave us very useful travel tips and hotel recommendations, and her personality is so jubilant and wonderful. We felt like family during the tour. Huge recommendation to anyone considering booking this tour!!

Sarah, our guide was wonderful. It was just us on the tour and 1 other person so it was private and went at a great pace. She was easy to interact with and made the experience very enjoyable.

Our guide was lovely and knowledgeable but the Uffizi was loud and no staff controlled the noise level. It made it impossible to hear the guide through the headset provided.

I loved everything about our guide. I didn't like the meeting point which was hard to find. I didn't like the way thr Ufizi treats his visitors. No shade no directions lack of benches ..etc.
