Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Tickets

We booked the last minute tour and we're glad we did. The welcome was very good. Then our guide Patricia took us on an interesting tour of the Palace. Patricia is very kind, spoke clearly. We were very satisfied with the tour and the duration was perfect, not too short and not too long. We will gladly use Naturanda's services on future occasions.

Great experience, uncomplicated admission We were taken to the upper floor in the royal elevator. Great access for people with physical disabilities.

Loved everything about the Palace itself. I'm glad I bought the tickets online from here. The lines for buying tickets were huge.

We visited the Royal Palace on 31/10. I highly recommend taking the queue-cutting tickets, which saved us a huge queue. We took an audio guide which really helped us understand the tour. A very pleasant visit.

The royal palace is an essential stop on a trip to Madrid. The visit lasts about two hours during which you can see splendid halls.

We came line was long but i went all the way to the front and ask for the skip of the line and they took me in.. so didn't sweat at all but i got the first opening times 10 am so it wasnt too crowded yet totally worth it to go in

Too many groups that literally pushed us through the palace. It was far too crowded to discover the rooms. We couldn't follow the audioguide in many places as there were always other visitors "in the way" or we were forced to move on. Overbooked.

Easy purchase experience Love the place The only drawback is it didnt specify the actual entrance point. We went to the group tour entrance while we should be at the individual tour entrance

Very convenient skip-the-line ticket. Only problem: if ticket is purchased with AUDIOGUIDE there is a need to DOWNLOAD AN ADDITIONAL APP in order to access the guide. Impractical. I do not recommend this ticket, for 2€ (the same as the online ticket with Headout) there is the possibility to buy the audio guide at the Palace entrance. Tip: purchase skip-the-line ticket + palace audio guide! :)

Well organized everything was perfect. I thought the Audio guide was on museum medium but instead we downloaded a QR code and used NS. cell phone. To be recommended!!!

Javier was a very good guide, taking us from the opera house to the royal palace pulling out continuous anecdotes and stories.

The visit was a bit useless because after getting tickets for three people 40 € to avoid queuing for more than 1 hour there were no guides or anyone to give you an explanation and as we are not from Madrid we could only read the signs of each room. In short we will not return

Skip the line was well worth the small upcharge. The self audio guide offered a perfect "view" of the exquisite palace.

As an aspect to improve ... to equip the entrance with more signage. It is not clear where to go. The palace needs maintenance. The rest 10

The visit was beautiful and interesting, as for the tickets, it was difficult to activate the audio guide as the directions were absolutely inaccurate, it did not specify the code to be entered

We waited just 5 min to get in and everything was fine. We got the audio guide which i suggest and 1 one hour we enjoyed the rooms

Of course the palace was absolutely amazing. I took a tour which I'm glad I did so I was able to hear a lot of the history about the palace in the rooms and the royal family. The tour was very well organized. I would highly recommend visiting the palace and Learning about history of Spain

I was lucky that I bought tickets online, otherwise it was a 1 kilometer queue. Perhaps it would have been good to specify somewhere that those with online tickets can enter past the enormous queue to buy tickets, where exactly. The royal palace is gorgeous! I found the tour quite short, especially as it is compared to Versailles. But the experience is worth it. I think that here, on this site, I found the cheapest tickets.

I didn't like the fact that you had to book extra tickets for the kitchen. I did not know this when I bought the original ticket.

The queue-jumping worked pefectly. Inside, many rooms were very crowded, and having left one room by entering the next, it was not possible to go back-I was reprimanded for attempting it.
