Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

The ticket purchase experience using the Headout app on my cell phone was fine, the designated meeting place for the tour was easy to find, and the guide spoke excellent English using our whisper ear headsets to easily hear her remarks as we toured the palace. I enjoyed the tour and thought the guide did an excellent job.

Notre guide Aurora était très dynamique, elle est passionnée de l'histoire de son Pays. Nous avons bien aimé les anecdotes en plus des faits historiques., le tout en français. Nous avons passé un très bon moment avec notre guide, nous le conseillons vivement pour découvrir ce magnifique Palais.

The service was very good from the beginning, they called me by whatsapp (knowing that I did not have a number in Spain) to give us directions on how to get there. Our guide, Clara was very eloquent, informed, kind, interesting, to make the visit interesting, she highlighted details of the history that highlighted details of the visit. Other tour companies do not care about the service (I had a bad experience in another city with another company), we did not have that problem with this company, the truth comparing, I recommend this company.

My guide Enrique was friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely enjoyed my tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

I'm Brazilian and although the tour was in Spanish, the guide spoke slowly and gave clear explanations, showing knowledge. I recommend it!

We really enjoyed the tour. The guide (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) is knowledgeable and we can feel her passion for arts and culture. I loved how she organised the tour for the art museum and showed paintings that have connections. Really appreciated.

First the instructions for the meeting spot is accurate and precise.. the tourguide speaks allot of language and he knows allot of the history of Spain..we're origin in the philippines(Spanish colony)but we're a citizen of france so we're in the middle of ur history .... keep it up and bravo!!will recommend

Nice experience! I highly recommend it! Rocio, our guide, was very kind with us and very informative (of course not so detailed because there is not enough time in 1h) but it was very interesting, a beautiful place.

I had a bit of time to kill so took the tour. I had no real expectations of the palace, but it was exceptional. Some spaces were crowded and hot, but the guide and radio system he used worked well and the explanations were good.

The Palace is spectacular and taking the guided tour gave us a much better insight into the history surrounding the attraction. The guide was very friendly and provided interesting and curious information. We really enjoyed the experience.

The afternoon tour of the Palace was led by guide Xavier, who was very informative and entertaining. Although there were a lot of crowds he skilfully led us through 28 of the magnificent rooms enabling us to admire them fully. We learned a lot more than if we had gone on our own.

Sympathetic, competent guide. He told the historical information in a very inspiring and exciting way. The palace and its history in its historical context is super interesting. The highlight was the throne room.

This was a fantastic tour! I was so grateful to have such a knowledgeable and passionate local guide. Having grown up in Toledo, he had a deep understanding of the history and forces that have shaped the people and culture of Spain. Skipping the line made the whole experience smoother. The palace itself is magnificent, and something every visitor to Madrid should see.
