From Krakow: Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers

Everything was very orderly, the pick-up, the punctuality, the interpreter. Everything was well organized. The only thing I didn't like is that the time in each place is short in my opinion. Places with so much history cannot be seen so quickly.

Tour booked in Italian at 7 a.m. I was told at the time of booking that the start time of the tour could be changed. The afternoon before the tour we were informed that we would be leaving at 9:15. Regarding the language, about a week before we were told that it would not be possible to have the guide in Italian, so we would be aggregated with an English group at a 25% discount. I tried to ask to be aggregated with a group in other languages that I spoke better but the answer was a flat NO.

Fast transfer and very competent French guides... However, waking up was difficult, as the departure time booked and initially scheduled for 7:10 a.m. was brought forward by 1 hour the day before, without any explanation?

We had booked the experience with a French-speaking guide, but we had an English-speaking escort in the van between the meeting point and the Auschwitz site. How disappointing.

A bit confusing at pickup to find another operator representing Headout. However the rest of the day was well run. Auschwitz guide was pretty amazing. Informative and appropriately respectful considering the seriousness of the content we were invited to see.

It was a very moving visit. Our guide, who spoke French, balanced the visit perfectly between history, tributes and meditation. He concluded with a few words on the importance of visiting this memorial to honor the memory of those who died in the camps. For pick-up outside the camp, we opted for the "pick-up at a meeting point" option, with lunch box. The mini-bus journey went smoothly and took around 1h20. However, I wouldn't recommend the lunch box, which I found very light at a cost of €9.

Our guide had such a special and convincing manner during the tour that we were all glued to her lips.

Very well organized visit. Perfectly taken care of. The guide is very committed and offered us a fascinating explanation of the history. She was open to questions and answered them perfectly. I recommend her.

The guide we had, Karolina, was awesome. From the beginning to the end, a 10. The transfer and the whole organization was superb. Without a doubt, we would repeat with them.

Well set up tour, guide was great and saw all the important places, organization at pickup point needs a little work, maybe description of bus given to us or a number system given to the bus, but all around great experience

The driver was particularly friendly and very accommodating in picking us up and dropping us off. The guide spoke perfect French and her kindness and perfect knowledge of the subject made for a very interesting day, well up to our expectations.

The tour guide (driver) was very attentive, explained everything well and was very kind. The lady who acted as our French guide at both sites was wonderful, a real pleasure to work with.

I had booked and paid for a visit in French. The day before I was told it would be in English. And I'm not the only one. This is called deception. If you can't. You have to be honest.

Very rewarding experience, the guide on site was perfect! Very interesting explanations, faultless French, and a commitment to accompanying the group! I recommend this visit to a dark part of our history, but one that remained very factual and instructive.

Very well organized trip. The bus arrived at the communicated time, the 'driver drove smoothly, the guide was kind and polite and spoke in Italian, and we also greatly appreciated the guide who then accompanied us on the visit to Auschwitz - Birkenau.

Our bus tour guide was super lovely her name was aurelia. The tour guide for the actual tour was also amazing she was so friendly and just spoke so well about the history

Our guide was good but was difficult to understand at times due to his very strong accent. Our ticketing experience was very bad...we reserved for an 11:00am pickup time and the company moved our pickup time to 05:20am less than 24 hours notice...I believe all the companies that run these tours do the same...I recommend you go on your own and rent a radio head gear...such an early morning pickup is absolutely ridiculous!!!

The tour was very well organised and our driver was very good at his job. The actual visit was very somber but very informative and the lady who guided us around was most professional and informative.
