Oskar Schindler’s Factory Guided Tour

Our guide Margaret,knowledgeable and engaging, perfectly conveyed the anguish and havoc of that historical drama

Our tour guide was a really welcoming lady who taught us so much on our tour around the museum. The headsets given out were really good as we could always hear what she was saying, and she took the pace steadily so nobody was left behind- however we weren't hanging around too long either. We had enough time to really take in all the information, and I'd thoroughly recommend this to others visiting Krakow. Lovely staff, thank you!!

The meeting point was directly in front of the entrance. Direct access at the time of the tour. Our guide was very knowledgable. I would reccomend this trip.

The guide was really good but the experience was chaotic. Tour was too big, tours and individuals were trying to view the same things at the same time. Guides were overlapping

The guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions, my only criticism would be it felt a little rushed and the group felt a bit too large which meant the people at the back sometimes missed the start of the information, as there wasn't always enough room for everyone to fit in comfortably.

The guide was excellent. It is an interesting museum and on a first visit very helpful to be guided as there is so much to see and understand.

The museum is incredible. I would like to thank our young lady that was our tour guide. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name but she was excellent.

Everything is fine but our group, a school, had 16 participants and we were able to book only 14. It ended up fine, actually as we all could participate but for this amount of people, there should be an arrangement.

Our local guide was exceptional with her own family history adding to the experience. Great to skip the line and no problems with our booking with headout

Lots of information from tour guide, interesting layout & excellent exhibits. Only down side why not awesome as no time to read everything

Our guide was very informative and made the tour interactive by asking questions of the group. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us an awful lot to think about. A very humbling experience. Thank you.

The tour guide Magda was excellent. She was enthusiastic and knowledgeable and her English was excellent. The exhibits and video footage were very emotive and the explanatory information was very good. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the chaos outside at the gathering point. There appeared to be no organisation and no clear signage to assist customeres link up with their guides. I felt that we had to be rushed along on the tour as there were other groups very close on our heels. Perhaps larger gaps between groups would be helpful.

Our guide Kinga was brilliant. Full of information and passion. The wartime history of Krakow from all perspectives was great. Would have liked to see more of the factory itself.

It was a very nice experience, our guide walked us through the museum and talked about the highlights of it in great detail. He was really informative about the situation in Poland and more specifically in Krakow during WWII. The technical details before we started really set the mood for the whole tour. I would just advise adding that the tickets are single entrance only and once you get out you can't go back in to explore more. I hadn't realised that and had wanted to go back and revisit some of the exhibitions but couldn't after we finished our tour. Overall very positive expereinece and would definitely recommend.

Purchasing the tickets was reasonably easy, but there was a little confusion over availability. It was very well conducted by the guide who was clear and well prepared.

Alice was an amazing tour guide. So knowledgable & added so much more to the tour with her ability to provide the contect of the factory and Schlinder's efforts. Was 1000X more effective than if we went through the tour independently. ABSOLUTELY use the tour guides. The added cost is above & beyond priceless for what you'll get out of this time, esp considering how much time & effort it took to get there from the US.

The tour guide was so knowledgeable, explaining everything in great detail. We did think it would have been more about Schindler & his work,but we both agree it was a fabulous tour

Very interesting and interactive museum showing not only Schindlers factory but also what life was like during the occupation. Our guide was very knowledgeable, explaining the exhibits. I would recommend a guided tour as we received so much additional information. It was a last minute addition to our itinerary and I'm so pleased we went.

Everything was smoothly done, Booked on line, Met outside factory Guide was fabulous, very knowledgeable, very passionate, very factual The best tour we done whilst visiting krakow, and we done a few, Would def recommend

The guide was lovely but there were a lot of issues to gain entry with factory staff not permitting the group together and having a shouting match with guide. It made for an uncomfortable atmosphere the tour so I couldn't find any good points
