Vatican Museums & Sistine Chapel Guided Tour with St. Peter’s Basilica Dome Climb

I think Headout partnered with a local tour group, we had a representative from "The Tour Guy". It was a little tricky finding them at first, if I remember correctly their sign was a variation of The Tour Guy so I wasn't sure if it was a different tour group. But looking back at the reference photos they sent out, they indeed were at the spot they said they would be. Our tour guide was fantastic, I believe her name was Francesca (I'm writing this review late, and I'm terrible with names). She was very knowledgeable and a bull when she needed to be (making sure our tour group wasn't cut in front of by other groups, etc.). She knew exactly where to take us to maximize our tour of each location. This is a LONG tour, you WILL be tired by the end of it, but it is SO worth it. This tour was the highlight of our stay in Italy!!

The excprince was really graet. The tour guide was very intresting and full of knoledge. The onky dwonside was the crwod at thw vatican museum. It whould have been better to start there before all the people arrive.

Our guide Lia was really great. Full of enthusiasm, she took us as her "family" throughout the morning. Standing so early in St. Peter's Square is a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the tour and all the wonderful stories.

Definitely the must-do tour of Vatican City as we skipped the ridiculously long lines, had an excellent guide who gave us an art history perspective, trekked all the way up the Dome of Saint Peter's Basilica, explored the grottos, wove our way through the highlights of the Vatican Museums and admired the Sistine Chapel. Our tour group wasn't too large and our guide, Maria, shared her wealth of knowledge and passion for the tour. This is the only way to tour the Vatican!

The directions for meet up were clear and the QR code was provided upon purchase, the guide was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude!! Earlier was better too!

Our guide Fabricio made the 6+ hour tour very worthwhile! He brought history to life with fun stories and enthusiastic storytelling. Unfortunately for the crowds out was only very limited, as even at 7 am it was standing in lines and waiting.

A very interesting tour with a very informative guide. Unfortunately, the group was quite large, so we often had to wait for someone.

The place was very crowded but nevertheless, it was a unique, enlightening, informative experience. Martha our tourguide was amazing.

We thought the meeting point was easy to find, the tour was very thorough. We saw a lot in a short time frame. Our guide Marianne was fantastic & very knowledgeable.

We had a 7:15 tour and was informative, interesting and detailed. The entry was a little slower than expected. I would recommend this tour.

Raffa was a very good tour guide and made the experience a lot better. She was engaging, knowledgeable and really nice which helped us enjoy the day and we left the tour very satisfied with our experience.

We loved being able to see and learn about so much of St Peter's basilica and the Vatican museums and Sistine chapel without having to wait in line with thousands of other people! With the expert guides, we got all the highlights, thoroughly, without wasting time. Both our guides were informative and entertaining. Very highly recommended!

It was morning at 07h15, no long waits anywhere (10 minutes for security Vatican, 10 minutes for tickets museum and 10 minutes for security museum) . Everything was superbly arranged and accompanied by knowledgeable guide.

Great tour guide and a great group with smart people. What a great tour, a lot of information with a tour guide with a smart personality. It was a lot of fun and a huge of interesting information. Awesome tour.

The whole experience was awesome. Very knowledgable guide and he knew his history. His passion was evident at all times and looked after all his entourage exceptionally well.

The tour was listed as 3 hours. Upon arrival our guide, Fabrizio, who did an excellent job of explaining everything while we toured, told us that the tour would end at about 12-12:30. We had another tour scheduled at 11:00, so we had to end our tour before seeing the Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel. This was disappointing to both Fabrizio and us. I don't want other people to experience this same issue; please consider editing your overview of this tour. Thank you.

Our guide was very good. She presented alot of details during our tour, very good english and very professional. And we also enjoyed the personal touch she added to the tour. We didn't wait in line. It was all worth it.

Well organised and the guide was really good. Well maintained and worth the visit. Except for the insane crowd at the museum(which nobody can do anything about ) .. despite for the crowd, our guide managed to navigate through it all. We were part of group 4 yesterday.

This was our best guarded tour. Sabrina is amazing. She knows all about Vatican, and even more. The whole tour was well prepared. Thank you
