Kensington Palace Tickets

Headout made purchasing tickets simple! We used them for a show, and Kensington Palace. We were very happy with how easy and seamless the process was.

I liked everything, the environment, the furnishings, the explanations, the friendliness of the guide, the clarity of the rules, the security system, the speed of the checks.

Loved the audio tour of the palace and seeing the gardens and statue of Diana. The ticketing experience was quick and straightforward with helpful information and clear directions provided.

The whole premises are impressive, seeing the throne and intimate spaces of the king and queen, knowing about the staff working in the palace, but particularly Princess Diana's sculpture, it made some justice to her, I was happy to see her in that garden. Thank you!

My ticketing experience was brilliant. A received a whatsapp immediately. I throughly enjoyed the palace walk around with the headphones. But the whole experience was fantastic, the gardens were beautiful. I wish though, the people created up after their animals. Or someone was there to do this.

The tour was great, the only thing we missed was an option to choose czech language on the multimedia guide or at least a version with captions for people that are hard of hearing.

The history behind the rooms, clothes and items. But there isn't a space dedicate to Diana inside the catle, it is a pit as she represented an importante part of the monarchy history.

It was interresting: the Queen Jewels, the appartments. A bit expensive, but it is because we are from Paris and prices are lowers. We were surprised by the simplicity of royal appartments, comparing to the luxuary of Versailles and Fontainebleau, at Kensington the pieces are not very larges. The room is small, dinner room is very tiny. It is hard to imagine such an important queen living in this part of Palace. But what a beautifull lady was queen Victoria. So noble and pretty too. We admire her very much.

Purchasing our tickets online was quick and easy and the tickets were emailed immediately, but also available online straight after checkout. The tour was extremely interesting and the included audio tour a great help in providing lots of detail. A very enjoyable experience. The cafe was good, but high prices as seems to be the norm in London.

Clean and neat. How I expected. The audio tours were very useful. Souvenirs kind of expensive. Icecreams outside the Palace were delicious. Thanks.

It was a very good experience, I went with my 17year old son who needed quite some persuasion to take part. In the end it was a fun experience. The Audio-Guide is very entertaining and the tours are not too long. Very family friendly. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Entrance with the online ticket was without any waiting involved.

Visiting Kensington Palace was an incredible experience! The palace is steeped in history, with beautifully preserved rooms and fascinating exhibits that take you back in time. The gardens are equally impressive, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop. As a history enthusiast, I found every moment captivating. Highly recommend for anyone visiting London!

We found the additional talks by the palace staff very interesting. The fact that the audio guide was also available in several languages is great, for us German of course. 👍🏼

Everything was wonderful, I just wish I had access to the courtyard.
