Alcázar of Seville Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

We had the guide Hercules just for the two of us. He told us lots of interesting facts about Alcazar and also gave us photos and other information about Seville.

Everything went smoothly. Well organized. It's a pity I didn't get the audio in Spanish, because that option didn't appear when I bought it. But the experience was incredible. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

Very enjoyable tour and the guide was excellent. Jose Maria (?) really knew his subject and was able to answer any questions asked.

Our guide Macarena was excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. She shared loads of interesting and memorable information at every key room. Along with a sense of humour as well. Plus she managed the practical aspects efficiently. The negative was the management at the meeting point office. Pretty chaotic. Despite that if powerful, effective cold air conditioning was put in place that would make everything and everyone less stressed! Please do it.

The guide was great, he's enthusiasm and knowledge kept everyone moving and enjoying themselves. Providing clips from the game of thrones series to give people a real prospective of locations. Will be recommending.

After booking, you don't immediately see that you're not meeting at the attraction, but at the ticket office. We waited in the wrong place and were glad that you called us.

The tour was not comprehensive. It lacked historical context. The guide was unable to place the visitor in the historical period and jumped from one subject to another without context. The tour was not enriching.

Great place to vivit and sort of completed the story started at the Alhambra in Granada. Our guide was excellent, being both knowledgble and interesting.

Very satisfying guided tour, in addition to the wonderful and perfectly preserved place, our guide Diana, was super diponibile and took care of everything from the entrance to the exit. She also recommended other places to visit and places to eat. He answered all our questions and curiosities, making our tour unforgettable! Thank you!

Alcazar is beautiful. A very special place to visit. The tour guide Hector was excellent. Gave just the right amount of information and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of the place.

The guide let us know when and where to meet her and arrived as expected and was very pleasant and informative. It was a very interesting well guided tour...one which we are very glad we took...well worth the money.

Our guide was fantastic. I am going back for the second time with a first time visitor to Seville largely because of the confidence I gained from the guided tour with your guide (I don't remember her name, but she was a wonderful girl from Colombia).

Passports are required, not sure why as other attractions don't require. We had to meet at a separate meet up spot and we came 15 min early per the instructions. However, the tour started late, we were waiting outside in the heat for 30+ minutes. The tour guide said several people had not arrived yet and they were given a 15 min grace period (even though the ticket says timings are strict and late arrivals are considered no shows). Guide was knowledgeable but audio sets were difficult to use.

The time of the tour was changed from 11:15 to 12:00. We were not notified and waited with no information for 35 minutes wandering if our guide would turn up or not. Wouldn't use Headout again because of this. A simple message would have been good se we were not waiting around.

Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable it made the tour extremely special. Our small group size was preferred and I would highly recommend it.

Right on time with the blue ombrela at the right meeting place. Good start 😉 The guide was excellent in her presentation of the different places. Excellent pronunciation for non English speaking people. The visit was pleasant and the audio communication worked well. We recommend the tour, the Alcazar is nice, even if we preferred the Alhambra at Grenada.
