I paid 10€ pre-sale for 2 people!!! 34€ instead of 24€ ticket value made on site. The visit is not worth the cost of the ticket. Interesting palace, tiny secret garden.

All the spaces that we were able to visit both inside and outside the palace are extremely well preserved, and moving around in them was really a pleasure. The staff who guided us was kind and knowledgeable. Recommended visit.

Fortunately there were still seats and I was able to repurchase a new ticket at the entrance, I must say that Headout was very fair and upon my request promptly refunded the cost of the unaccepted ticket. In the end all's well that ends well!

I had three tickets that also included a tour of the gardens but an attendant at the entrance did not authorize me to enter I made inquiries and that was not the case I am sorry to pay the entire ticket and not be able to use it because of the unprofessionalism of your employees.

The ticketing process was supereasy and Castel Gandolfo is spectacular, it is such a beautiful historical site would recommend to anyone.

Everything! THE palace is splendid, and the contents you visit are culturally enriching. The gardens then so manicured make you imagine the various successive Popes walking around holding surely religious books in prayer and reflection..........
