From Seoul: DMZ Day Tour with Lake Majang Suspension Bridge Visit

It was easy to get the tickets they called us the day before to let us know what time they were coming to pick us up at the hotel and picked us up from the hotel Even a few minutes in advance our guide Laura speaks English very well , she is friendly and thorough. We visited all the points of interest and ,with some free time, we had the opportunity to buy cold drinks to cool off in the middle of summer.

Fascinating experience with mixture of feelings when entered into DMZ area, a historic experience about the North & South Korea war. Grace, the tour guide is amazing and knowledgeable Recommended....

Why we are dissatisfied: Sorry but we were informed on Friday evening late, that our tour will start half an hour earlier. We had no possibility to come to Seoul at this time. So we got an other tour (guide Laura) which started at 9 o'clock. But on Friday evening we got no information that the Red bridge and the Lake will not be part of this tour. So we are not satisfied because it was not the tour we have paid and booked. We would be happy about a pro-rata reimbursement of costs. Best regards Jörg Epple
