WWII Secrets of Westminster, Churchill’s War Rooms & Museum Walking Tour

Really informative tour guide who gave us some incredibly unknown insights into English history. A fabulous walking tour and wonderful experience in Churchill's chambers - definitely not to be missed.

Ticketing was not good. I thought I booked a scam at first and was crossing my fingers u til we saw our guide! It wast a clear understanding website. We only wanted to attend the war rooms. We were very pleasantly surprised by our very knowledgeable, friendly and fun guide! It was a great tour!

We did not get to go on the walking tour as instructions for meeting the guide were incorrect. We were waiting with three other couples (we did not know) and the guide did not show up. We phoned headout and were told that the tour would have started without us 'as we were late!' We were there 20 mins before the tour was meant to begin. We were not late. We met up with the guide at 11 o'clock outside the war rooms. The guide did not go into the war rooms, so we missed out on a guided walking tour of Westminster which we paid good money for! l gathered, the other people who were on the walking tour really got a lot out of it and thoroughly enjoyed it. There was no apology to us or the others who missed out. We want a refund for the tour, not asking for a refund to the war rooms itself. The lady we spoke to on the phone told us we could reschedule the tour for another day at a cost (can't remember $) my goodness me! We were also told to go to the war rooms and meet the guide at 10.40 she showed up with the rest of the tour at 11 am . It was wasted time and $$$ for us! I bought 3 tickets (2 adults and 1 child) to visit the Churchill war rooms yesterday, 7/31, at 9:30 am. According to instructions sent to my email, we arrived at the meeting point for 20 minutes, but no one from the company showed up! Complete nonsense! I made the purchase in advance, before arriving in London! I went to the attraction's door, waited until almost 10 in the morning and no one showed up.

Apparently the pickup point in your description was not the actual pickup point. There are two Westminster tube entrances. We waited at the one across from Big Ben, as in your instructions. I am assuming the tour assembled at the other entrance. I do not feel we are responsible for the incomplete communication. See your description below. We arrived at the entrance at 9:00am and waited until 9:40. - Meeting point is - Westminster Tube - The entrance to the station is right opposite Big Ben. - This point is walking distance from the Westminster Bridge. - The City Wonders coordinators will be wearing blue polo shirts or jackets at the meeting point for easy recognition and holding a sign with the tour name, near the entrance. - To locate the meeting point on Google Maps, simply search for - Westminster Station If your instructions specified a meeting point and we were at that meeting point, then we are not at fault. I again ask for a refund based on the the lack of clarity, which you have denied.. We have booked many tours with Viator and a few with you. This has never happened previously. Many other groups assembled at that site, but no one in a blue polo shirt. At the time, I tried to contact you via the chat, but it is automated and my issue was not recognized. Then I called and had to wait in a phone queue until I got someone. I was subsequently told this was my fault and no refund. I find this unacceptable. We loved nothing about the experience and will not use Headout again.

The guide did not show up

Churchill War Room is the place to be, its like a museum that has a lot of interesting things to see and it takes a while

We had our doubt initially but then the guide really made us feel glad we did this tour. Everything we learnt about London has left a mark! Worth ut

There was so much we did not know about London during WWII and the dark days of the so-called 'Blitz'. This tour made it up for all

Even though most of our trips are confirmed, there is always last minute doubt. But the free cnavellation policy here doesnt let our mney go waste, which is why we book from here always
