Very well organized and explained. You see the most significant, and gives you indications to see other sites on your own. Recommended

Overall, it was a good experience. The guide answered questions and provided good information. There are two criticisms: 1. The hearing devices used to hear the guide don't work well for people with hearing aides. You can't wear both the hearing aide and headphone at the same time. If you remove the hearing aide then you can't hear what the guide says. Then should be a bluetooth connection for the radio and the hearing aide. 2. The English from the guide was difficult for both my wife (who doesn't wear hearing aides) and I. For the hearing impaired, the guide needs to face us when speaking so we can read their lips.

The visit with Valentina went great. Super friendly at all times and perfectly explained in a super nice way. Highly recommended!

We loved our tour of Pompeii with our guide yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and really bought the city to life for us, we'd definitely recommend this tour. At the end of the two hours we had time to explore on our own. Thanks so much for providing the highlight of our holiday!

930am tour on May 17th Pompeii. Tour guide was informative, humorous, and friendly. She paid attention to not lose anyone, helped people that came late without tickets. Someone from our tour complained our to our guide having an Italian accent, can you believe that? LOL

Everything was very well organized. Our guide Valentina knew a lot about Pompeii, was local and made it a lot of fun. Highly recommended!!!

Our host Ilaria was wonderful. Her passion for her work was noticeable in how she showed us all kinds of different sights. We got a lot of information and I was very impressed with the details she was able to tell us.

Aniello Si Maio's knowledge, pedagogy and humour. He made us discover and above all understand the importance of archaeology. His explanations enabled us to learn more about daily life in Pompeii, to correct our misconceptions about the city's history and to appreciate much more fully the visit to the Herclaneum that we made the following day with an audioguide.

We purchased our tickets 3 weeks before we traveled, we followed the instructions emailed to us met at the meeting point and the whole arrangement was very well organised our guide was good but there were moments when I struggled to understand and the headset occasionally failed during the tour, however I felt as though we benefited from the tour and would be happy to recommend

Pompeii was fantastic!!! I could have spent hours there. We had our 1.5 year old son with us and our guide did his best to accommodate us. Our guide was funny and spoke with great passion. Could not fault him!!

Our tour guide Giovanni was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgable, his English was fantastic and he was really funny. He showed us all the best bits and recommended some other things we should see! I'd recommend him to anyone and the whole process was really easy from booking to finish. The instructions we were sent ahead of the day with meeting instructions (including photos and a link to get to the meeting point) were really helpful!

It was awesome to see the ancient city with a guide. The tour was misrepresented however. The arrival instructions explicitly stated there would be a tour guide holding our name on a sign, suggesting a more private tour. When we were directed to a large group tour and no one was holding a sign with our booking name, we were confused. The online support was unable to say whether or not we were in the right place and gave us two phone numbers that did not work. This disrupted the beginning of our experience. Otherwise, seeing the city with a guide is a must and our guide was good and knowledgeable.

Pompeii, what can I say, I had wanted to visit it for a long time and finally I did it: an indescribable experience, I booked a guided tour through Enjoy Pompeii, excellent organization: there were no problems whatsoever and thanks to our fantastic guide Sasà, who accompanied us to visit this wonder that is Pompeii, with great professionalism and clarity managed to make us feel protagonists of the Pompeian period. Fabulous ! Thank you very much. I highly recommend him to everyone.

Our guide was very engaged, spoke English very well, had a good sense of humor and a feel for the group. She was knowledgeable and held our interest the whole way.

Simple to buy, team at the office were lovely and guide was fantatsic. Would love to have covered more ground with the 2.5hr tour though.

The guide was great, the conservation of the city is denoted concerned and esm rada. Few people being Monday ... if they limit the influx would be very significant.

Fine guide, knew a lot and told extensively. We found the group a bit large but that was well solved with the speakers. By the way, we walked very slowly. As young people it was a bit slow for us. But understandable given the amount of older people too. All in all very happy with our choice of guide!
