Mont Saint-Michel Abbey Tickets

Ticketing through headout was straight forward and easy to do. Price was competitive and definitely worth buying the tickets ahead of time and skip the lineup. Buying ahead also allows you to choose your entry time and better organize your visit. Mont Saint Michel was a bucketlist visit that did not disappoint. Going during off season was a benefit.

well but when we got there they didn't give us priority x problems ....? and so even though we paid in advance and with the commission we queued up like the others !!!!

We were able to visit the abbey with our tickets before our time. Everything worked perfectly. Mont Saint Le Michel is a wonderful place. We were almost alone, especially early on. Beautiful.

Strolling through the town, up and down the stairs, the terraces with the stone benches to look at and rest on, the huge ebb and flow.

The getting of the headphones was a little confusing, after our tickets were slammed we had to back and ask where to go, but other then that it was great, they are really easy to use

Mont St. Michel is already an impressive experience from the approach. Thanks to the tickets we had booked, we were able to gain entry quickly.

I was sure to have my tickets upon arrival at the Mont Saint Michel Abbey. Several people had bought their tickets in advance and there was a long queue to get in. August is always the busiest month, so I understand that, but it was unexpected at the time.

Digital ticket was immediately available on their app and was scanned. We were able to get in 1 hour before our time slot without any problems.

Information on how to obtain a tablet for the audioguide would have been helpful. Otherwise we were very satisfied and were well guided through the abbey. Thank you.

Once we were in the abbey, it was bearable. Before that it was just too crowded. We took the shuttle one way, but we wouldn't do it again because there were just too many people squeezed in. If the parking fees are also used to maintain the M.s Michel, you can live with it. Otherwise it would be a rip-off. The ticket processing was flawless

Very easy ticket purchase, the visit to the Abbey of Mont Saint Michel with the addition of the guide on the tablet really well organized!

Looked at long queue, searched pre paid tickets, found you guys. Excellent, worst thing was my slow internet connection 😁👍

Great experience, everything went perfectly, we just couldn't find the place where you can pick up the audio guide. Tip, you should think about where you can safely park your bike.

The tour route is very well done and allowed me to enjoy the great wealth of sights and breathtaking views of the bay I recommend starting the tour very early to avoid the huge amount of tourists

Es sollte auf jeden Fall vorher gebucht werden, da sonst lange Wartezeiten entstehen. Gleich beim Eingang auch ein Tablet mieten, um so eine strukturierte Führung zu erhalten. Der Bustransfer vom Parkplatz zum Mont Saint Michelle war problemlos. Die Parkgebühr war mit 20 € zu hoch. Der Ausblick vom Mont ist fantastisch. Das Bauwerk selbst natürlich sehr beeindruckend.

Mont Saint Michel, simply impressive. The ticket service is much less impressive. We booked two tickets online, but they arrived a day later. I couldn't find a way to change my booking in advance in the Headout app, only the note that I should contact the organizer directly with this request... But I read the note that tickets are valid for 3 years. Booking in the app - great service 👍 Changes to the booking via app - not possible 👎 Cancellation generally not possible 🤔

Impressive building with some history. 13 euros per person just for entry to the abbey, which had a nice cloister and offered a good view is too expensive in my opinion (even if it preserves the Mont). Add to that another 17 euros for parking, which is too much, even if the transit bus is free.

After dropping by the tourist office with my ticket, I was offered a free guided tour, which enabled me to enjoy the visit to the abbey. I highly recommend it.

Appreciable the closing of access to cars that, if you don't want to take the free shuttle, forces you to take a beautiful 30-minute walk, Mont Saint Michel is always beautiful, better in the evening with less crowds and more intimate, very convenient and easy booking with Headout saved us at least 1/2 hour in line.
