Siena Cathedral & Piccolomini Library Tickets with Audio Guide

The Duomo of Siena is one of the most beautiful cathedrals I've ever seen, and I've seen a number. The Library is also exquisite, and must not be missed. That being said, I wish there was a way to download the audio guide ahead of time—maybe you can send the link when the tour is paid for? That's because the internet in the area was spotty, and I was unable to download the file AT ALL. It's just a good thing the destination was breathtaking, but I missed out on a lot of great information.

While standing in line, I tried to purchase the entrance tickets online and succeeded!!! I happy since I am over sixty years old and "skipped the line," but what amazed me most of all, to see a lot of young people waiting uselessly....

The visit to the Cathedral was spectacular. A rich experience of beauty, art and faith. The Piccolomini Library was also stupendous. The Sienese have a place to admire forever.

Siena beautiful city, the Duomo is wonderful: a sensory and emotional experience . Absolutely must be seen at least once in a lifetime. Easy and immediate ticket purchase

Our Guide, (I think her name is Ludi, forgive me if I mispelled) was just excellent! We had a private tour and heard really interesting details about the famous people enterred in Santa Croce (Galileo, Michaelangelo, Machiavelli, Rossini!) the church history, the artwork, and the 1966 flood damage! She answered every question well and thoroughly. Incredible and worthwhile tour, about an hour, it was so great.

The Siena cathedral is so impressive, one could spend hours watching it's details. Headout was very helpful to get tickets, I didn't want to waste time in a long line to get the tickets, it was very easy to find the place to get the physical tickets.

The Audio Guide took a long time and several attempts to download, and friends with us were not able to get it to download at all. The cathedral was really beautiful and very different from any other we have visited! I am very glad we came to see it.

Tickets purchased online. Precise information for on-site validation. No loss of time. Better management than get your guide where we were wandered around Rome to validate our tickets.

Beautiful , exciting . Only thing, for me the old earbuds remain more practical ... sometimes there is no network and you can not download the app

I saved myself some waiting time. And I was able to take more time during the visit and appreciate as many of the works of art as possible, since the whole complex is quite large.

The cathedral is magnificent,the flooring is outstanding, also the Piccolomini library. The audio guide explains everything accurately

The audio guide was poorly organized. My older cell phone could not download everything. had to leave the cathedral because there was no reception inside. then the individual "stations" were not well signposted, you had to search for the individual stations discussed and that in a completely crowded cathedral. some I did not find at all. Suggestion: mark the individual meeting stations on a map.

Great art material, outstanding, BUT I would start to quota the entries, too much confusion, which does not fully appreciate the works

The Cathedral of Siena is a masterpiece. By far the most beautiful church I have ever seen! Especially the flooring is unique . Buying tickets online allowed us to avoid a very long line. Within minutes we were already in possession of tickets to get in and visit the Duomo!!! Outstanding!

The Cathedral was amazing. Was supposed to have Audio was not offered at checkin, Did see a QR code in the queue when we left but no where to get head phones so missed that issue. Difficult to download tickets as we needed the app. When we downloaded that could not find tickets. However Ticket office manage with confirmation e mail

We really enjoyed visiting the cathedral in Siena. The process worked well and we got tickets from visitor centre no problem however the ticket did not include visiting muses del opera or crypt. The description of what is included was misleading. We needed to buy a more expensive ticket to cover these things. That could maybe be made clearer on website

Easy and intuitive application. In a few clicks the tickets were already booked and on my cell phone. At the desk , skipping the line, in no time they printed me the actual tickets .

Was easy enough to book online so that I could skip the waiting line buying tickets in person on the day. Unfortunately, the audio guide is only available with the app and I didn't want to download yet another app, especially since my phone is on roaming. Would be good if you could access the audio guide via the website as an alternative.

Simple and efficient purchase and collection of tickets for Siena Cathedral. The cathedral, the floors and the Piccolomini Library are simply wonderful.
