Madrid City Tour: Madrid Panoramic Bus Tour

We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

Loved the fact that we jumped the queue with our tickets because the queue was huge! Amazing!! And the Royal Palace was just jawdropping. Can't wait to do it all again!!

Was able to see a lot, too bad with that nice sun people wanted the roof closed. Whole reason you take that bus is the open roof.

So easy and a very relaxing overview of the wonderful city of Madrid! We took the full loop then used the bus to make on/off stops around town. Thank you!

Basically we liked the tour, but we were not informed that there was only one starting point and no hop on hop off option.

Very nice tour of modern madrid, a bit redundant on the other hand the historical madrid that goes over places already seen in the modern route. I did not like that you can no longer get on and off at every stop for 24h and I did not like the state of the buses; with the rain it was raining inside in the front seats and a window in one of the two buses was broken. In any case for the price paid in my opinion it is necessary to reinsert the ability to get on and off at any stop for the validity of the entrance ticket

Madrid city tour consists of two separate trips. One of them includes a tour of old Madrid, while the other introduces new Madrid. You pay one price for both tours. The two tours last about 1.5 hours. Free headphones are provided on the tour bus. Introductions are made in many languages. It is a good activity to get to know the city in a short time. However, it will be necessary to visit in detail afterwards. I recommend it.

Too bad the microphone did not work in several places and we had the misfortune that until January 26 there was no way to leave the bus. Too bad this was not mentioned when selling the tickets!' Other than that, the tour was great fun!!!

There were no stops due to Madrid's regulations, but prices are not lowered either and the explanations were neither clear nor very entertaining.

Not being able to get off at the stops you want, in the end you can't see everything well. It was not indicated that the exit was only from Plaza Neptuno, which made us lose time getting there.

I took both the Red and Green routes. The sights along the routes were great. However, the audio guide does not match the sights very well. Most of the time, we would have past the monument before hearing about it. The conductor on the Green route made some announcements but his English was hard to understand. The location of the bus stops are not well marked and some are different from the map. We missed stop 9 of the red route and had to wait for the next bus.

There were many stops. Everyone helped give directions. The audio was clear but some of the seats did not match the language and channels. It was raining hard. I wish it had a side cover on the top deck.

Actually i only do 3 stars. 🌟 because the stops are so spread out and not easy..its always full and packed. The conductor are not nice bit nasty plus sometimes they stop narration

Easy to find pick-up locations. Friendly staff. Nice tour (modern and old). Always a spot free at the top.
