Bus Transfer: Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to/from Melbourne City by Skybus

The ticketing was efficient and was trouble-free. My only comment is that as a '3rd party' supplier the options for a 'Return' Ticket with a discount was not available - however, it is not a deal killer and I do realise there would be limitations to the 'margin' arrangements you have with 'Skybus'. I have the App and I will use this again on any other available services.

Such an easy, stress free transfer between Tullamarine & Southern Cross Station. I would recommend this Skybus to anyone. The Southern Cross Station is central to Melbourne & within the free tram zone, so any hotel can be accessed.

It's so easy to walk out of the airport onto the skybus, and then be driven straight to the city and connect with the free tram or train.

So nice to find the Skybus in front of the airport. We would not be able to have to search for it after flying voor 23 hours. We booked our tickets on line, also very easy and nicely prized. Each time I arrived there was a bus waiting and it left within five minutes. Staff were mostly courteous. On one trip I was assisted with lifting my bag on to the rack. The travel was comfortable and did not experience delays. I was dropped at the airport right where I wanted to be - Virgin. Well done to all concerned.

Easy to buy tickets whilst at home in the UK. Bus stop easy to find, greeted by a lovely lady who checked our tickets, very interesting chat whilst we waited for the bus. The driver helped organise the luggage and lift our heavy ones on to the rack. As we arrived late at night the journey into Melbourne was quick. Couldn't be happier.

The booking process was super easy. The bus runs so often that you dont feel it's too bad if you miss one. The bus ride was great. On the way from Melb to southern cross, the driver was trying to help a passenger who was having trouble understanding what to do. He was incredibly patient with her and she eventually sat down and we got on with the ride. Overall, great experience.

The staff where very nice and pre purchasing the ticket with the app made the trip very easy when catching the bus to and from. The drive was very smooth and bus was very clean.

The trip/experiance was very good. However, there doesnt seem to be any way to obtain a Tax Invoice (receipt needed to claim for my work). I wasted about 20 minutes trying to find it and gave up. Im pretty sure my expense claim will be rejected. Speak to your finance team /tax team, and they will know whats needed

It was very easy to purchase ticket online. On arriving at airport signage was evident directing me to the bus. A very full bus, left quickly and arrived at Southern Cross station without any mishap. A good steady driver.

I liked the'no hassle' about getting away from the airport. The driver lady was lovely and obviously had been doing the job for a while but man she hooted along the hwy, and im guessing this is normal but the bus sways ++. A little fast for me. Job well done VIC

Easy, friendly and fast. We didn't wait for either transfer. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this service enough.

Quick, efficient, clean and very nice buses. If travelling alone or as a couple, it's much more cost effective to travel on SkyBus than taxi or Uber to the city. The drop off is pretty central to most hotel locations or you can salary grab a tram to the hotel.

I was disappointed that no senior discount was an option with pre purchase although it was an $8 saving at Skybus at Southern Cross. Won't be pre booking in future.
