Pitti Palace and Palatine Gallery Skip-the-Line Guided Tour

We were accompanied by Simone, an excellent guide and excellent connoisseur of the palace and gallery. We were lucky enough to do the tour on our own, which allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. Recommended.

At first not clear who had the tickets so lined up at ticket office, but tour leader was really entertaining and informative. I think it's so important to have a guide in these places as you get so much more out of the experience.

The guide didn't stop talking, she was always attentive to everyone, explaining very interesting facts and making it participative. All very impressive and highly recommended.

The guide knew so much history - not only about the Pitti palace but also the historical context of the art, the palace, and the political intrigues of the various time periods. We learned so much during the tour!

We had the best tour guide I have ever experienced, Camilla. She brought the artwork, the Medici's and the palace alive for us. I w ill never forget this tour. Her knowledge as an art restorer was reflected in her ability to explain much about what we were seeing. Compared to our experience at the Uffizi, with another company, your tour was much better. In addition the fact it was less crowded was a huge benefit.
